Greate! I am going to pack it and ship it by Saturday. I am not a mechanic but have boxed a road bike. I am going to take off the fork and rear derailuer. I'll put some spacers in the rear droput and in the fork. I'll put all the bolts back in and label as best as I can. Any special instructions for me? I will provide you a tracking number once I get it. Sorry I have to wait till Sat to ship it but I'm still hobbling around but will be down to one crutch by the weekend.

Ok cool, I'll keep trying with Devinci. I'll also contact the guy I bought it from. He's still in business but they just don't do Mntn bikes anymore and they are not a Devinci dealer anymore they are all BMX http://www.joemamma.ca/
The mechanic told me the deal with the pivots. The ones in the bike now are a composite bushing on an aluminum post. They did this for weight and the issue is that the bushing would wear out the post. Since this frame has not been ridden, you should ride it till the post wears. The mechanic told me that if you just bought them they are $62 each.
I need your email address to invoice you on paypal. The invoice amount will be $900+$288 = $1188 Cdn. If it is less to ship when I get it all boxed up, I will get the refund to you somehow.
Let me know if that works for you.
Cheers
